What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure to support company growth.
• Manage endpoint security and configuration using Jamf Pro and Intune.
• Administer critical SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Cloudflare.
• Support IT operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.
• Build internal tools and workflows using AI technologies and scripting to automate repetitive tasks.
• Manage identity and access governance through Okta.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT System Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and Intune.
• Experience administering cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, ZTNA, and enterprise EDR platforms like Sentinel1.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, VPNs, and DHCP.
• Proven experience managing SaaS ecosystems in high-growth environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, or API-based automation.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki networking.
