What you will do

• Administer and evolve Microsoft Intune and Kandji/IRU MDM ecosystems for Windows and Apple devices.
• Own the full device lifecycle, including zero-touch enrollment via Apple Business Manager (ADE) and Windows Autopilot.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automations for self-service, self-healing, and assisted support to reduce service desk workload.
• Implement Zero Trust controls, device compliance gating, and encryption to align with ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, and GDPR standards.
• Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to define baseline standards and maintain detailed technical runbooks.
• Monitor device health and KPIs to drive continual improvement in patch coverage and enrollment success.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering MDM/endpoint management platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Intune (Windows, iOS) and macOS management via Kandji or Jamf.
• Strong working knowledge of Apple Business Manager, ADE, and Windows Autopilot.
• Solid grounding in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access policies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Microsoft Graph API.
• Practical experience with endpoint security and compliance within a regulated industry.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Apple, or Kandji.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Cisco Meraki, and Zscaler.
• Experience applying AI tooling (e.g., Copilot, AI-assisted scripting) to IT operations.
• Prior experience in fintech or other heavily regulated financial services sectors.
