What you will do

• Oversee global hosting operations including Azure cloud, co-location, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Serve as the senior escalation authority for critical infrastructure incidents during EST/CST windows.
• Lead infrastructure due diligence and post-acquisition integration for M&A activities.
• Drive core infrastructure programs such as data center migrations and network transformation.
• Develop and mentor a globally distributed hosting operations team.
• Ensure compliance with security standards like SOC 2 and GDPR.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada (no sponsorship provided).
• 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure with 5–7 years in a senior leadership or director role.
• Deep architectural knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Proven track record of leading complex infrastructure programs and M&A integrations.
• Experience operating across global, distributed organizations with time zone bridging requirements.
• Strong exposure to AIOps tooling, automation, and observability solutions.
