What you will do

• Lead daily Help Desk operations and define the long-term strategy to ensure operational stability and SLA compliance.
• Maintain and monitor corporate network equipment and access control systems.
• Oversee the full hardware lifecycle, including procurement, setup, and replacement.
• Manage and optimize corporate software licenses and standard onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Supervise the configuration and support of macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Develop the IT team through coaching, structured knowledge sharing, and hiring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SysAdmin, IT Support, or HelpDesk roles.
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts such as VLANs, IPsec, and DNS.
• Strong administration experience with macOS, Unix/Linux, and Windows.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
• English: B2 level required

• Experience with VoIP systems.
• Experience with Access Control Systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
