What you will do

• Own the global IT strategy, roadmap, and budget across US, Israel, and remote regions.
• Manage the enterprise identity and access ecosystem using Okta and Google Workspace.
• Lead the safe adoption of AI across the organization by defining governance and security policies.
• Partner with the Security team to enforce zero-trust principles and support SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee global IT operations, including Jamf endpoint management and SaaS governance.
• Continuously improve the employee experience through automation and scalable support models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS, cloud, or AI-first technology company.
• Deep expertise with Okta (SAML, SSO, workflows) and Google Workspace administration at scale.
• Proficiency with JAMF for endpoint management and modern SaaS portfolios (Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, etc.).
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance standards.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
• Knowledge of AI-related security risks, including shadow AI and data leakage.
