What you will do

  • Lead the Commercial Sales organization across APJ, owning regional strategy, forecasting, and overall team performance.
  • Hire, coach, and develop frontline sales managers and Account Executives to build a high-performance leadership bench.
  • Implement the regional commercial sales motion, including territory design, account prioritization, and sales playbooks.
  • Establish a rigorous operating cadence involving pipeline reviews, QBRs, and deal inspection.
  • Build a repeatable pipeline generation engine across inbound, outbound, PLG, and partner motions.
  • Partner with global GTM leadership and cross-functional teams (RevOps, Marketing, Finance) to refine tooling and lead flow.

Requirements

  • Experience as a second-line sales leader managing managers and AEs across the APJ region.
  • Proven success scaling commercial, velocity, or usage-based sales motions in high-growth technology companies.
  • Strong operational rigor in building forecasting systems and pipeline inspection processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline generation motions from the ground up.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers, developers, or application-layer startup founders.
  • Must be based in or have work authorization for Singapore.
