TL;DR

Sr. Director, EMEA Sales (AI): Defining and executing the revenue strategy across the UK, DACH, Nordics, and Benelux markets for an AI platform with an accent on scaling multi-segment sales organizations. Focus on establishing AI fluency within the revenue team, driving enterprise-wide ARR growth, and managing high-stakes C-suite relationships.

What you will do

  • Define and execute long-term EMEA revenue strategy and GTM plans in partnership with the CRO and executive leadership.
  • Direct a multi-functional sales organization spanning BDRs, Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise AEs.
  • Establish performance frameworks, forecasting standards, and organizational accountability systems across the region.
  • Embed AI tools into daily sales operations for strategic planning, forecast analysis, and executive preparation.
  • Orchestrate complex high-stakes customer relationships and multi-year enterprise agreements at the C-suite level.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to align regional intelligence with global objectives.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of exceeding multi-million dollar ARR targets.
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience managing managers and directors across multi-segment EMEA organizations.
  • Experience selling technical products to engineering, data science, or developer audiences.
  • Based in the UK with the ability to travel within the region for customer meetings and events.
  • Proven ability to apply AI tools to territory strategy, pipeline reviews, and deal preparation.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading distributed teams across Nordics, Benelux, France, DACH, and the Middle East.
  • Track record in open-source, AI, or data science companies, particularly in high-growth startup environments.
  • Expertise in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management.
  • Experience in leadership development and succession planning for sales managers.
