What you will do
- Manage and deepen relationships with core distributors including Avant, Telarus, and Intelisys.
- Drive sourced pipeline and revenue through partner ecosystems from first conversation to closed business.
- Enable advisors through co-selling, technical context provision, and presence at industry events.
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to ensure partner-sourced leads convert.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase advisor engagement and referral rates.
- Contribute to the evolution of the channel program, playbooks, and positioning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, or business development.
- Hands-on experience working specifically with distributors, advisors, agents, or channel partners.
- Proven track record of sourcing pipeline and driving revenue via partner ecosystems.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel for distributor events, advisor meetings, and industry conferences.
