What you will do

  • Manage and deepen relationships with core distributors including Avant, Telarus, and Intelisys.
  • Drive sourced pipeline and revenue through partner ecosystems from first conversation to closed business.
  • Enable advisors through co-selling, technical context provision, and presence at industry events.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to ensure partner-sourced leads convert.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase advisor engagement and referral rates.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the channel program, playbooks, and positioning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, or business development.
  • Hands-on experience working specifically with distributors, advisors, agents, or channel partners.
  • Proven track record of sourcing pipeline and driving revenue via partner ecosystems.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel for distributor events, advisor meetings, and industry conferences.
