What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for the Atlantic City studio, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews.
  • Develop and launch social media content to boost employer branding and engage active candidates.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with I-9 verifications and employment laws.
  • Guide candidates through the mandatory New Jersey Gaming License application and background checks.
  • Maintain candidate and employee data within HRIS (ADP) and ATS platforms.
  • Partner with studio hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and align on candidate profiles.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work a hybrid schedule in Atlantic City, NJ
  • Prior recruitment experience within the gaming or hospitality industry is required
  • Eligible and qualified to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming License
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 2–3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment.
  • Proven ability to use social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) for recruitment and branding.

Nice to have

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems.
