What you will do
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for the Atlantic City studio, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews.
- Develop and launch social media content to boost employer branding and engage active candidates.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with I-9 verifications and employment laws.
- Guide candidates through the mandatory New Jersey Gaming License application and background checks.
- Maintain candidate and employee data within HRIS (ADP) and ATS platforms.
- Partner with studio hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and align on candidate profiles.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work a hybrid schedule in Atlantic City, NJ
- Prior recruitment experience within the gaming or hospitality industry is required
- Eligible and qualified to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming License
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2β3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment.
- Proven ability to use social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) for recruitment and branding.
Nice to have
- Associate or bachelorβs degree.
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems.
