What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Regional Sales Manager positions from sourcing to offer.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define territory needs and hiring priorities.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive and active sales professionals.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified sales talent.
  • Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess performance and cultural fit.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics including source effectiveness and time-to-fill.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience supporting sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and direct outreach.
  • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM platforms.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting in the automotive, automotive technology, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with advanced recruiting technology and talent market research tools.
