What you will do

• Review inbound applications and evaluate qualifications against defined criteria.
• Participate in kickoff meetings with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles.
• Coordinate early career talent programs, including outreach campaigns and social events.
• Manage recruiting for software engineer summer internship positions.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate data within the Greenhouse ATS.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to calibrate on evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or university program coordination.
• Experience with screening resumes and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Interest in learning to evaluate software engineering profiles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
