What you will do
- Review inbound applications and evaluate qualifications against defined criteria.
- Participate in kickoff meetings with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles.
- Coordinate early career talent programs, including outreach campaigns and social events.
- Manage recruiting for software engineer summer internship positions.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate data within the Greenhouse ATS.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to calibrate on evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting or university program coordination.
- Experience with screening resumes and assessing candidate qualifications.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Interest in learning to evaluate software engineering profiles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
