What you will do

• Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
• Ensure compliance with internal company policies and financial procedures.
• Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks.
• Diploma, degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently studying).
• Ability to work on-site in Munich 3 days a week.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical analytical skills.
