What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue within the healthcare territory.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets through a value-selling approach to promote hirify.global solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite leaders and digital transformation teams.
  • Partner with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Engineering group to ensure clients receive maximum value and resolve technical issues.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitor activity to tailor solutions to specific customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of solution or value selling experience.
  • 3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to Healthcare or Life Sciences customers (preferred).
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and new logo acquisition.
  • Ability to navigate complex client organizations and influence leadership at the C-suite level.
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Must be based in or around London for hybrid work.
