What you will do
- Generate a qualified pipeline by identifying and engaging landlords, flex operators, brokers, and workplace consultants.
- Research target accounts to understand portfolio challenges, fit-out strategies, and tenant requirements.
- Qualify opportunities based on commercial fit and potential value, booking high-quality discovery meetings.
- Represent the company at industry events, viewings, and partner meetings to build long-term relationships.
- Share market feedback, competitor insights, and occupier trends with internal marketing and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, including stakeholder mapping and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Must have a background in commercial real estate, flexible offices, or workplace solutions.
- Proven experience owning and closing complex B2B sales cycles.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage a structured, thoughtful sales approach.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence in senior decision-makers.
