What you will do

  • Generate a qualified pipeline by identifying and engaging landlords, flex operators, brokers, and workplace consultants.
  • Research target accounts to understand portfolio challenges, fit-out strategies, and tenant requirements.
  • Qualify opportunities based on commercial fit and potential value, booking high-quality discovery meetings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, viewings, and partner meetings to build long-term relationships.
  • Share market feedback, competitor insights, and occupier trends with internal marketing and sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, including stakeholder mapping and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Must have a background in commercial real estate, flexible offices, or workplace solutions.
  • Proven experience owning and closing complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage a structured, thoughtful sales approach.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence in senior decision-makers.
