What you will do
- Research potential enterprise clients, evaluate strategic fit, and prioritize opportunities.
- Assist in managing and executing the sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups, meetings, and outreach campaigns are effective.
- Build knowledge of Medical Information challenges and hirify.global’s AI-driven solutions to communicate value to clients.
- Develop presentations, emails, proposals, and other sales collateral tailored to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable workflows, playbooks, and commercial processes.
- Assist with discovery calls and executive meetings to translate client pain points into actionable solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial, business development, or growth-focused roles.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or startup/high-growth environments is recommended.
- Exposure to enterprise pharma clients is a plus.
- Strong ability to research, assess, and prioritize prospects strategically.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable executing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
