hirify.global is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup transforming Medical Affairs in the life sciences industry through AI-powered solutions.

What you will do

  • Research potential enterprise clients, evaluate strategic fit, and prioritize opportunities.
  • Assist in managing and executing the sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups, meetings, and outreach campaigns are effective.
  • Build knowledge of Medical Information challenges and hirify.global’s AI-driven solutions to communicate value to clients.
  • Develop presentations, emails, proposals, and other sales collateral tailored to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable workflows, playbooks, and commercial processes.
  • Assist with discovery calls and executive meetings to translate client pain points into actionable solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial, business development, or growth-focused roles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or startup/high-growth environments is recommended.
  • Exposure to enterprise pharma clients is a plus.
  • Strong ability to research, assess, and prioritize prospects strategically.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable executing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
