What you will do

• Act as the primary local contact and driver for Salesforce users across Carton, Processing, and Services businesses.
• Provide detailed sales reports and perform deep analysis of KPIs to support commercial decision-making.
• Manage Salesforce master data, user access, and pricing maintenance.
• Support core commercial processes including forecasting, value selling, and relationship management.
• Train and provide operational support to end-users regarding Salesforce tools and processes.
• Collaborate with customer experience and value selling programs to drive operational aspects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting commercial processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English is a must.
• Proven experience managing the Salesforce system.
• Upper intermediate Excel skills.
• Must be based in Mexico City (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided).
