What you will do

• Plan and manage end-to-end supply of compound raw materials to ensure production continuity.
• Schedule in-house and intercompany compound production.
• Manage material orders and control direct and indirect materials in coordination with suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels to optimize the balance between availability, cost, and waste.
• Collaborate daily with Production Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams.
• Perform administrative tasks, including invoice validation and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in materials planning, supply chain, or logistics.
• Solid understanding of production processes and material flows.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with planning/MES systems such as POMS.
• Knowledge of Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Background in chemical or compound manufacturing.
• Exposure to intercompany material flows.
