What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules to maximize resources and meet delivery dates.
• Release manufacturing work orders and execute daily plant-level MRP.
• Define operation sequences and lead times aligned with the master production schedule.
• Monitor schedule adherence, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory parameters in ERP and partner with buyers to optimize supplier performance.
• Analyze excess, obsolete, and aging inventory to drive cross-functional optimization.

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of manufacturing planning, MPS, inventory control, and MRP/CRP.
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to implement business process improvements.
• IT literacy and proficiency in Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from Morley, West Yorkshire, UK in a hybrid model.
