TL;DR

Demand Planner (Logistics/Supply Chain): Managing core product categories and forecasting sales to optimize stock levels and availability with an accent on data analysis and linecard maintenance. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Manage core product categories, including forecasting, planning orders, and maintaining linecards.
  • Trade categories continuously to optimize sales and stock levels while preventing overstocks.
  • Provide weekly and monthly category analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team on launch planning, range planning, and sales forecasting.
  • Propose and manage phaseouts and markdowns, ensuring effective communication across functions.
  • Supervise and develop the Junior Demand Planner.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
  • Proven experience at a Merchandiser or Demand Planner level.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong interest in planning systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strong awareness of customer trends and the retail market.
