What you will do

• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules aligned with customer demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Coordinate material requirements to support manufacturing output while minimizing shortages and excess stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and stores teams for timely replenishment.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage and update manufacturing and material plans.
• Align schedules with production priorities and operational constraints by working closely with engineering, quality, and operations.
• Identify supply or capacity risks and implement recovery plans to maintain delivery performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a planning role within a manufacturing, production, or supply chain environment.
• Deep understanding of production planning, material planning, and inventory control principles.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and priority management.
• Effective communication skills for collaborative work across multiple teams.
