What you will do

  • Redesign budget and forecasting processes using AI-assisted workflows and automation.
  • Lead core commercial planning cycles, including budgeting, 4+8 forecasting, and monthly estimates.
  • Develop a clear view of performance across markets to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and country teams to align forecasts with targets.
  • Perform deep dives into revenue, margin, AOV, and customer behavior.
  • Support the AD of Planning in improving reporting and decision-making governance.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial planning, finance, strategy, or demand planning.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing large statistical forecasting models.
  • Practical experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve planning and analytical processes.
  • Strong knowledge of time series forecasting, regression modeling, and demand sensing.
  • Ability to evaluate forecast accuracy using metrics like MAPE, WAPE, or RMSE.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Python, or Looker is a plus.
