What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year engineering strategy aligned with portfolio and product priorities.
• Lead a global engineering organization of approximately 120 engineers building cloud-native SaaS platforms.
• Drive the transition to an AI-first operating model to improve developer effectiveness and delivery speed.
• Standardize engineering practices, architecture, and tooling across teams to reduce fragmentation.
• Ensure strong governance, security, and regulatory compliance across global markets.
• Partner with product, UX, and commercial teams to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS platforms at scale.
• Experience embedding AI, data, or automation capabilities into products or engineering workflows.
• Demonstrated success leading large, global engineering teams of 100+ members.
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to translate technical strategy into measurable business and customer outcomes.
