What you will do

• Define and own cloud architecture standards, principles, and guardrails for Azure and AWS.
• Lead reliability and performance initiatives, including monitoring, alerting, and incident reduction.
• Drive automation through infrastructure-as-code and AI-assisted operations.
• Act as the accountable owner for security and compliance audits such as ISO 27001.
• Manage cloud cost targets and embed FinOps practices into daily operations.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers, fostering cultural and organizational transformation.

Requirements

• English: C1 (Fluent/professional) required.
• Must have a valid working visa for the EU or UK.
• Extensive experience in senior cloud infrastructure leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of Azure and AWS infrastructure, including compute, networking, and identity.
• Proven track record of managing cloud architecture standards and security compliance.
• Demonstrated success in FinOps practices and operational maturity improvement.
