What you will do

• Manage delivery and personal development for teams of 8-10 software engineers.
• Act as a servant leader, providing coaching and mentoring to support career growth and ownership.
• Drive technical excellence and collaborate on system architecture, design, and implementation.
• Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps in alignment with Product Managers and Tribe missions.
• Lead recruitment efforts and strategic team planning to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Integrate and drive the adoption of AI-augmented and agentic coding workflows within the team.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing software engineers.
• Previous experience as a hands-on individual contributor (IC) in software engineering.
• Proven track record of managing teams of 8-10 engineers.
• Experience building processes and delegation systems for larger engineering teams.
• Must be based within commuting distance of London hubs.
• Strong interest or experience in AI-driven development and agentic workflows.
