What you will do

  • Develop and execute a regional go-to-market plan prioritizing global ICP accounts in the UK and Nordics.
  • Manage a high-performance team to drive net-new logo acquisition and ARR expansion.
  • Lead the positioning of AI value propositions, specifically RAG, Vector Search, and Capella, to displace legacy competitors.
  • Mentor and coach sales leaders and representatives using standardized management practices (MEDDPICC).
  • Collaborate as a "quarterback" with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive programmatic adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an Individual Contributor in Enterprise or Strategic Account Executive roles, with a history of closing seven-figure multi-year deals.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing managers or senior sales teams.
  • Deep technical fluency in databases, specifically the transition from Relational (RDBMS) to NoSQL.
  • Strong understanding of the intersection between data and GenAI, including RAG and Vector search.
  • Proven ability to lead high-complexity software sales cycles in the UK and Nordic markets.
