Senior KYC Analyst (AML)

Location: Limerick, Ireland. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment; employment permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end AML/KYC processes across client onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews.
• Create and maintain KYC records using information and documentation from internal, external, and client-facing sources.
• Review client documentation and validate Customer Identification Program and Customer Due Diligence completeness and accuracy.
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk clients, including Politically Exposed Person analysis.
• Analyse complex ownership structures, risk exposure, and jurisdiction-specific KYC requirements.
• Support KYC Analysts with complex queries and coordinate with Relationship Managers, client-facing teams, and Second Line of Defence stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an AML/KYC function.
• Experience analysing complex ownership structures and determining risk exposure and jurisdiction-specific KYC requirements.
• College or university degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Right to work in Ireland is required; employment permit sponsorship is unavailable.
