What you will do

• Serve as the lead HRBP for international leaders and teams across Insurance GTM, Security, Claims, and Tech.
• Translate business priorities into people strategies covering organizational design, team effectiveness, and engagement.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, talent planning, and manager capability.
• Advise on compensation, promotions, and policy interpretation in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Manage works council engagement and consultation requirements while ensuring compliance with local labor practices.
• Balance strategic HRBP partnership with tactical People Operations execution to meet business needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders and complex organizations.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German are required.
• Strong experience with works council matters, local labor practices, and country-specific employee considerations in Germany.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance management, organizational design, and change management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build trust in a fast-moving, global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
