What you will do
- Serve as the lead HRBP for international leaders and teams across Insurance GTM, Security, Claims, and Tech.
- Translate business priorities into people strategies covering organizational design, team effectiveness, and engagement.
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, talent planning, and manager capability.
- Advise on compensation, promotions, and policy interpretation in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Manage works council engagement and consultation requirements while ensuring compliance with local labor practices.
- Balance strategic HRBP partnership with tactical People Operations execution to meet business needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders and complex organizations.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German are required.
- Strong experience with works council matters, local labor practices, and country-specific employee considerations in Germany.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance management, organizational design, and change management.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and build trust in a fast-moving, global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
