What you will do

• Drive end-to-end transformation and change initiatives from organizational design to cultural integration
• Design performance management and talent development frameworks for succession planning and capability building
• Build leadership development programs to empower leaders and foster high-performing teams
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to align business strategy with organizational structures
• Lead and grow a high-impact People & Culture team focused on employee experience and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in Leadership Development and People & Culture in complex international corporate environments
• Strong track record in change management, leadership development, and performance frameworks, ideally in scaling organizations
• Builder mindset to create and implement structures in evolving environments
• Experience with modern HR systems (e.g., Workday) and strong business acumen
• Track record influencing senior stakeholders including Managing Board level
