What you will do

• Research and develop seasonal ranges for hirify.global DESIGN, identifying key shapes, colors, and fabrics.
• Translate trend research and sales analytics into commercially relevant, fashion-forward pieces.
• Collaborate with technical teams on initial fits and provide design-led problem solving.
• Manage relationships with UK, European, and Far East suppliers, advising on construction and materials.
• Adhere to the critical path to ensure products are developed for optimum selling periods.
• Develop unique products for both long lead times and quick-reaction "Test & React" ranges.

Requirements

• Experience or relevant studies in Fashion Design with a mandatory portfolio submission.
• Professional experience in Womenswear, Footwear, or Accessories, preferably within High Street retail.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe, CAD, and Miro.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally for supplier meetings and inspiration.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in an agile environment.
• Ability to communicate department performance and strategy to senior management.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney or Fermat.
• Proactive nature with the ability to work independently within a framework.
