TL;DR

Intern (Fintech): Gaining hands-on experience by rotating across core business functions including Markets, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance. Focus on applying technology, data analysis, and AI tools to automate workflows and support live business priorities within a modern brokerage environment.

Location: Must be based in London, UK. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Contribute to meaningful projects across multiple business rotations.
• Apply coding, data analysis, and AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in meetings and discussions.
• Research complex problems and present findings to team leads.
• Deliver a final presentation summarizing work and key learnings from the program.

Requirements

• Must have eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the program.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Technology, Engineering, Maths, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrable interest or skills in AI, technology, and coding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Curious and motivated mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for fintech.
