What you will do

• Review and negotiate leases and contracts for a global property portfolio.
• Support the acquisition and disposal of sites worldwide.
• Coordinate with internal/external legal counsel, brokers, and specialist consultants.
• Oversee major premises fit-out and Capex projects.
• Provide property-related support and advice to individual site leaders.
• Maintain property records and handle daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with honours 2:1 or equivalent, preferably in a STEM subject.
• 5 GCSEs (Grade 5 or above), including English and Maths.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Valid passport required for overseas travel.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
