What you will do
- Take ownership of escalated technical issues and ensure quick resolution.
- Diagnose issues using internal logs and tools, identifying root causes.
- Design and maintain internal tools for faster investigations.
- Create and improve internal documentation for better self-service.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Engineering for technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing technical support role at a B2B software company.
- Experience with logs, systems, and documentation.
- SQL experience and basic coding proficiency.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex issues.
- High ownership mindset and proactive approach.
