• Manage contractor performance using reviews, data, and clear targets.
• Carry out file audits and site inspections to ensure quality and cost control.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK (remote working) and travel consistently across the North of England and Wales.
• Strong knowledge of construction, property damage, and repair methods.
• Good understanding of insurance claims and policy principles.
• Clear, confident communicator who can avoid technical jargon.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid numerical ability.
