TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and strategic objectives.
  • Write detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to guide engineering and QA teams.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps and release plans aligned with regulatory and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, compliance, and leadership to refine requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for workflow optimization and process automation within healthcare operations.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with JIRA, including workflows, dashboards, and sprint tracking.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims processing is highly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with medical cost containment or out-of-network (OON) pricing workflows.
