What you will do

• Translate operational needs into structured technology requirements via discovery sessions with operations teams.
• Shepherd solutions from development through deployment, coordinating testing and feedback loops.
• Maintain roadmap accuracy, tracking KPIs and feature documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Manage and delegate work across a distributed global product team to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure deployed technology continues to perform optimally in live operational environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare RCM consulting, product management, or technology implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational processes into structured technology requirements.
• Experience collaborating with agile engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for operational, technical, and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Must be based in the USA and able to travel up to 10%

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of back-end insurance billing and follow-up processes.
• Hands-on experience with Aha or similar roadmap tools and Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries.
• Experience deploying AI, LLM-powered, or rules-based automation solutions in an operational context.
• Experience managing distributed or global product team members.
