What you will do

  • Lead seamless client transitions by partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage and execute technical operations to ensure launch readiness for new clients.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all cross-functional communications during the launch phase.
  • Create and maintain documentation, tools, and systems to optimize launch processes.
  • Lead customer-facing calls to ensure on-time and successful project execution.
  • Support the strategic evolution of implementation processes to accommodate new business lines and complex customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on building trust.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Asana is preferred.
