What you will do
- Lead seamless client transitions by partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Manage and execute technical operations to ensure launch readiness for new clients.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all cross-functional communications during the launch phase.
- Create and maintain documentation, tools, and systems to optimize launch processes.
- Lead customer-facing calls to ensure on-time and successful project execution.
- Support the strategic evolution of implementation processes to accommodate new business lines and complex customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on building trust.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Asana is preferred.
