What you will do

  • Partner with business owners and analytics leaders to define project goals, constraints, and product vision.
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
  • Manage product backlogs, sprints, and delivery timelines using Jira.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between data analysts, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Implement governance structures to manage project risks and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation and roadmaps to ensure long-term scalability.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, product management, or technology within healthcare, SaaS, or product development.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing product delivery lifecycles.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools like Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear technical specifications and user stories.
  • Subject matter expertise in value-based care, Medicare ACOs, or Medicare Advantage is highly preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with predictive modeling, machine learning, and financial analysis.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience conducting user research and evaluating operational workflows.
