TL;DR

Product Operations Manager (Medtech): Owning the operational foundation for the product organization with an accent on tooling administration, data reliability, and regulatory compliance. Focus on building repeatable workflows for FDA design controls, maintaining product dashboards, and ensuring cross-functional release readiness.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Travel within the U.S. is required approximately twice per year.

Salary: $84,000–$97,400 per year.

What you will do

  • Administer and maintain product tooling including Aha!, Amplitude, Jira, and Maze.
  • Partner with compliance teams to support FDA design controls, documentation standards, and audit readiness.
  • Build and maintain product dashboards and scorecards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate cross-functional operational activities and release readiness across documentation, training, and support.
  • Identify data and instrumentation gaps and partner with Engineering to address them.
  • Onboard new team members to operational workflows and product tools.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations.
  • Experience administering product and analytics tools like Aha!, Amplitude, Jira, or Maze.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing data, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 2 times per year.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a regulated software, healthcare, or medical device environment.
  • Familiarity with FDA design controls or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Experience working within a Product Operating Model and Agile development environment.
