What you will do

• Manage recruitment data quality and generate essential reports within the ATS and other platforms.
• Ensure strict adherence to recruitment processes and maintain compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
• Maintain and align ATS and other recruitment technology tools to meet user needs.
• Design and implement initiatives to proactively enhance the candidate journey from outreach to onboarding.
• Partner with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in Singapore for on-site work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly meticulous approach to tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Prior internship experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
