What you will do

• Source and build relationships with highly selective technical talent at campuses across EMEA.
• Use data, ATS, CRM, and reporting tools to improve recruiting efficiency and campus strategy.
• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate efficient interview processes with Recruiting Coordinators.
• Lead candidates through interviews and offers while improving evaluation processes and candidate experience.
• Build relationships with interns, mentors, hiring managers, faculty, and other university stakeholders.
• Plan and execute campus recruiting events, including travel to campuses when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, campus sourcing, university relations, or program management; experience in quantitative trading, finance, or similar fields is preferred.
• Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent.
• Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, plus analytics and reporting tools.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
