What you will do
- Manage and expand strategic client portfolios to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
- Drive revenue through proactive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and tailored performance strategies.
- Foster senior-level stakeholder relationships through regular reviews and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate with Sales and Technical Account Management teams for seamless onboarding.
- Monitor KPIs and margins to suggest performance optimizations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising.
- Must be based in Milan, Italy.
- English: C1 level required.
- Italian: Fluency required.
- Experience in AdTech (DSPs, agencies, or advertisers) is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analytical reporting.
