What you will do

• Manage the full order cycle including inquiry, validation, processing, shipment, and delivery coordination.
• Oversee warehousing and distribution, including inventory storage and import/export operations.
• Liaise with 3rd party logistics (3PL) vendors for local and international freight movement.
• Track shipments against defined KPIs and perform root cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Ensure all transactions maintain system and process integrity within Oracle.
• Lead logistics projects for Asia Warehousing and coordinate the repair and return process.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in order or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, customs clearance, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in English for effective written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle systems and Reflection for UNIX.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and relevant computer software applications.
