What you will do

• Prepare, review, and maintain essential import and export documentation, including commercial invoices and bills of lading.
• Facilitate customs declaration processes and verify HS (Harmonized System) tariff classifications.
• Perform screening of customers, suppliers, and shipments against restricted party lists to ensure compliance with sanctions.
• Manage and archive trade compliance databases and records according to legal retention requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, government authorities, and internal departments.
• Identify documentation errors and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or Customs Administration.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
• Preferred 1–3 years of experience in trade compliance or import/export operations; fresh graduates with relevant internships are considered.
• Valid Driver's license is required for necessary local travel.
