What you will do

• Manage the full order lifecycle including receiving, data verification, scheduling, delivery arrangement, and post-delivery reconciliation.
• Prepare and review all international trade logistics documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, and customs brokers to resolve clearance issues and ensure smooth cargo release.
• Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, exception rates, and lead times to drive operational excellence.
• Support APAC localization projects to identify sourcing opportunities that optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Maintain and optimize data within the order management/ERP system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related major.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in international logistics and import/export operations.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for independent communication with overseas customers and providers.
• Expertise in Incoterms 2020, sea/air freight operation, HS code classification, and customs clearance processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 or SAP S4 HANA preferred).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with logistics and customs clearance policies in ASEAN, European, or Australian markets.
• Rich experience in cross-border export logistics and optimization of shipping channels.
