What you will do
- Analyze and report on market opportunities to identify how solutions can address specific client needs.
- Collaborate with the global sales force to grow market segments and drive new opportunities to closure.
- Provide value-added consulting services on trading compliance and business transformation within trading operations.
- Develop solution ideas that create measurable value and improve ROI for clients.
- Interact with regulators to monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and document their effect on customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, educating them on new offerings and evolving challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of trade compliance experience or detailed understanding of trade operations.
- Experience in leadership roles within diverse banking/trading environments or trade floor consulting firms.
- Subject matter expertise in trading compliance, execution processes, and operations functions.
- Proven business development experience focused on solutions with a significant services component.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
- BA/BS in a relevant field required; MBA preferred.
