Platform Sales Executive (Fintech): Driving the adoption and growth of hirify.global’s flagship SaaS platform within enterprise financial institutions with an accent on complex solution selling and stakeholder management. Focus on building strategic relationships, resolving business pain points, and positioning decision intelligence solutions across lending and banking lifecycles.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (Remote/Hybrid with up to 50% travel required).

What you will do

  • Drive success in the EMEA region by adopting the hirify.global Way of Selling methodology.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Pre-Sales teams to position and sell the hirify.global Platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in both business and technology departments.
  • Research and shape solution opportunities to address strategic priorities in lending and banking.
  • Manage and track sales quota activity to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Global Solution Architecture and Product Development to ensure cohesive sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Proven success in a SaaS sales role, specifically selling complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial services business and technology challenges.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the business week to meet with customers.
  • Deep interest or experience in data, decision management, AI, machine learning, and optimization.
  • Strong soft skills with a passion for educating customers and colleagues through presentations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology.
  • Background in consumer lending, credit risk, account management, retail banking, or fraud detection.
