What you will do

• Shape digital transformations for global companies by balancing overarching technical solutions with specific client circumstances.
• Drive strategic IT implementation projects using agile methods and modern approaches.
• Design tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on market trends and machine learning analysis.
• Optimize enterprise IT architectures, encompassing custom software developments and cyber resilience.
• Leverage AI tools in client projects and support clients in building their own internal AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT Consulting, covering both strategy and operations.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Proficiency in AI, machine learning, DevOps, agile, and robotics.
• Fluent in both German and English for communicating complex topics.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
