Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical customer conversations and act as the technical owner of stakeholder relationships.
• Design and deploy customer pilots for enterprise and government use cases.
• Develop enterprise architectures, including on-premises, air-gapped, and sovereign cloud deployments aligned with German and EU requirements.
• Work with executives to prioritize use cases, define success metrics, and build AI adoption business cases.
• Own technical responses to RFPs and public tenders, including security questionnaires and requirements mapping.
• Collaborate with partners, Product, and Engineering teams to improve solutions and scale delivery processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles involving AI or data solutions from executive problem framing through production.
• Practical understanding of Agentic AI, LLM use cases, and production limitations.
• Strong foundations in machine learning, including training, evaluation, and retrieval, with the ability to design customer pilot evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with both executive and technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of Python and assistive coding tools.
• Professional fluency in English and German at C1 or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the German market, such as work with a systems integrator or consultancy.
• Experience with RFPs and public tenders.
