What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services core to campaign optimization products.
• Contribute to team processes including planning, retrospectives, and improvements.
• Support data scientists in productionizing machine learning models.
• Mentor team members on software development best practices.
• Continuously improve software architecture, coding practices, and tools.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in Helsinki, Finland
• 5+ years of experience in production-quality software development.
• Strong Python skills and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
• Strong English communication skills.
• M.Sc. in a relevant field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Experience maintaining services under SLA.
