Go-to-Market Graduate Program (AI)

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week

hirify.global develops an AI operating system that simplifies renewable technology for renewable installers and serves more than 3,000 B2B customers.

What you will do

• Complete a twelve-month, three-stage go-to-market rotation.
• Start as an SDR or Product Specialist.
• Rotate through a mid-stage role before specializing in an advanced position.
• Gain practical exposure to sales, solutions, marketing, revenue operations, and product management.
• Take permanent ownership in an advanced role such as AE, AM, RevOps, Marketing, or Product Management.

Requirements

• Graduate from a top university with a strong entrepreneurial focus.
• C2-level German.
• Startup environment experience.
• Hands-on approach, curiosity, structured thinking, and willingness to work with details, numbers, and fast execution.
• Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
