Location: On-site in Berlin (5 days/week)

What you will do
- Rotate through three stages of GTM roles, starting as an SDR or Product Specialist.
- Gain exposure to the entire revenue motion, including sales, solutions, marketing, and revops.
- Execute fast and manage operational details to drive revenue growth.
- Transition into a permanent advanced role such as AE, AM, RevOps, Marketing, or Product Management after 12 months.
Requirements
- Degree from a top university with a strong entrepreneurial focus.
- C2 level in English, German, Italian, or French.
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Berlin.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Structured thinking and a hands-on approach to execution.
